Debbie Stocker

Principal Consultant

"When people hear that my background is in psychology, a flicker of awe often crosses their faces, followed by the question, 'Can you read my mind?' In reality, psychology hasn't given me magical powers but I am passionate about the importance of understanding human behaviour. Organisations live and breathe by their relationships and that is what I focus on."

Debbie specialises in enabling organisations to understand and connect with their customers, stakeholders and the environment around them. Having obtained a First Class Honours degree in Psychology BSc, she understands and can analyse the science of human behaviour. Combining this expertise with a strong commercial focus, Debbie’s unified approach forms the foundation of her work.

Debbie has an exacting eye for detail and a sensitivity to the things that matter. She is experienced in using comprehensive statistical analysis to understand a real world story and is skilled at integrating different perspectives, theories and practice. Throughout her work, Debbie draws upon learning and knowledge from academic and practitioner research, industry best practice and multiple other disciplines to provide a unique and balanced perspective.
