Warwick Music are a specialist provider of quality sheet music for brass and wind instruments. Established in 1994, Warwick Music now have a catalogue of over 1400 titles and are one of the largest and most innovative brass publishing houses in the world. Selling a range of sheet music written especially for brass and wind instruments, along with CDs, mouthpieces and other accessories, Warwick Music have many happy customers. The challengeAlthough Warwick Music is a mature, stable and successful business, Steve felt that it had further potential and approached me for support in growing and developing the business further. The solutionHaving worked with Steve to analyse the current reality within the business, we decided that the most profitable way to grow the business would be to increase sales through Warwick Music’s website. Subsequently, I went away and produced a marketing strategy document for Steve, including a one year marketing plan outlining actions across the marketing mix, designed to target sales through the website.
